During the quarter, we hand-pick matched advisors and run up to 3 introductions to your suppliers. Will DMCs actually include my property?
Yes. Ultra’s supply database is what DMCs and tour operators on the network use to build itineraries. When a DMC builds an itinerary in your destination, your property appears as a bookable option — with your rates, photos, and service details. You don’t need to sell to each DMC individually.
I already use TourPlan / Wetu / Travefy. Do I need to switch?
No. Ultra imports from all three and more. Bring your existing property information into the platform without re-entry. You can use Ultra alongside your current tools.
Do I need to offer net rates to DMCs?
Standard trade terms apply for the DMC channel. DMCs expect trade/net rates — this is industry practice, not an Ultra requirement. The advisor channel operates on your standard commission structure.
What does it cost to join the network?
Listing your property or experience on Ultra is free. You get access to the supply database, Merlin AI, and the advisor workspace at no cost. Ultra Connect — facilitated introductions with attribution — is an optional premium upgrade starting at $1,667/month.
Will quality advisors actually participate?
Advisors receive pre-vetted, criteria-matched property introductions — not cold pitches from every hotel that wants exposure. Ultra Connect saves them hours of due diligence by qualifying properties before the introduction, so they only meet properties matched to their clients’ destinations and standards.
How does this work alongside trade events like ILTM?
They’re complementary. ILTM is great for brand visibility and strengthening existing relationships over three days. Ultra Connect fills the other 362 days — keeping your advisor pipeline active with criteria-matched introductions, DMC supply database inclusion, and full booking attribution.
Do unused credits roll over?
Yes. Your account manager will work with you to plan the right mix of activities around your seasonality and scheduling. If you don’t use all your credits in a quarter, they roll over to the next — so you can stack introductions ahead of peak season or time a campaign for when it matters most.
