How Ultra Connect Works
Our advisors serve ultra-high-net-worth clients. We don't send them unvetted suppliers, and we don't introduce you to advisors who aren't a genuine fit. Every match is reviewed by our team before either side is introduced.

Before matching begins, our team reviews every supplier for UHNW service standards. Then our algorithm identifies advisors based on destination overlap, category specialization, budget alignment, and booking patterns.

Both sides receive briefing documents. The advisor learns your offerings, rate positioning, and strengths. You learn the advisor’s booking patterns, client profile, and preferences.

During the quarter, we hand-pick matched advisors and run up to 3 introductions to your suppliers. Every introduction includes a briefing for both sides, a suggested next step, and a three-week follow-up nudge. You nominate the suppliers, we find the right advisors. What if we don’t attend trade events like ILTM?
Most DMCs and tour operators don’t — and that’s exactly the gap Ultra Connect fills. Trade events are dominated by hotels and large tour operators. If you do attend, Ultra Connect amplifies the 362 other days. If you don’t, it gives you a structured path to advisors that previously didn’t exist.
Will quality advisors actually participate?
This is the key insight: advisors are just as cautious about new suppliers as you are about reaching them. They won’t risk their reputation on an unvetted DMC. Ultra Connect solves both sides — we vet you before introducing you, which means the advisor can accept the introduction with confidence. They’re not taking a chance.
